1. Scope of Services
Stim Studio offers a wide range of multimedia and digital marketing services, including but not limited to digital marketing, branding, graphic design, video production, web development, photography and social media management. The specific services to be provided will be outlined in our client service agreement.
2. Pricing and Payments
- Pricing: Our fees are project-based and will be detailed in a proposal provided to you after our initial consultation. Prices may vary based on the complexity and requirements of the project.
- Payment Schedule: A deposit of 50% is required to commence work, with the balance due upon project completion. Payment terms will be specified in the client service agreement.
3. Project Cancellation
- Client Cancellation: Should you choose to cancel the project after commencement, please note that the initial deposit is non-refundable. Additional work completed beyond the deposit amount will be invoiced accordingly.
- Studio Cancellation: In the rare event that we are unable to complete your project, a full refund of the deposit will be provided.
4. Revisions and Approvals
Clients are entitled to a predefined number of revisions, as specified in the client service agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with the final deliverables.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, clients will obtain ownership of the final project deliverables. Stim Studio reserves the right to use completed projects for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information and project materials. Specific confidentiality agreements can be arranged upon request.
7. Liability Limitations
Stim Studio will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services or the performance of our work.
