  • Physical Delivery: For projects requiring physical deliverables (e.g., printed materials), we will provide shipping options and tracking information. Shipping costs will be outlined in the project proposal and included in the final invoice.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Feedback and Approvals: To ensure timely delivery, we ask that clients provide prompt feedback and approvals at each stage of the project as outlined in the client service agreement.
  • Providing Information and Materials: Timely delivery of the project also depends on the client providing any required information, materials, or access in a timely manner.

4. Delays

  • Client-Caused Delays: If project timelines are extended due to late feedback, incomplete information, or other client-related delays, we will adjust the delivery date accordingly. Any additional costs incurred due to such delays will be communicated and added to the final invoice.
  • Studio-Caused Delays: On the rare occasion that a delay is caused by us, we will take all necessary steps to minimize the impact on the project timeline and will keep you fully informed of any changes to the delivery date.

5. Acceptance of Deliverables

Upon delivery, you will have a specified period, as agreed in the client service agreement, to review the deliverables and request any final adjustments based on the scope of the project. Final acceptance of the project signifies that the project meets your requirements and expectations.
