- Project Cancellation by Client: If a project is canceled by the client after it has begun, the initial deposit is non-refundable. Work completed beyond the deposit amount will be billed to the client.
- Project Cancellation by Stim Studio: In the unlikely event that we cancel a project, a full refund of any payments made will be issued to the client.
- Refunds: Refunds for services are provided solely at the discretion of Stim Studio, based on the completion status of the project and the terms outlined in the client service agreement.
